Candidate with foreign final secondary school certificates
Candidates who have completed their secondary education abroad may apply for admission to the first year of study if their secondary school certificate or other equivalent document entitles them to apply for higher education in the country in which they completed their secondary education.
Scales other than percentage scales (grade scales, ordinal scales, letter scales) are converted to a percentage scale (quotient of 100/ number of scale points).
For a subject passed at a basic level, 1 ranking point is awarded for one percentage point. A subject passed at an extended level, unspecified level or a foreign language at bilingual level i 1.5 ranking points are awarded per percentage point.
